Rixos Bab Al Bahr has named Mehdi Serrour its new general manager, who assumes his new position with over 30 years of experience.
Serrour will apply his progressive methods in leadership and a pragmatic approach to client relationships to his new position. Throughout his career, he has worked for international luxury resorts across Europe, Asia, Australia and the US, as well as numerous brands including: Club Med, AccorHotels and Shangri-La. He has successfully opened, rebranded and upgraded numerous five-star properties as general manager, all in competitive and challenging environments.
In his new capacity, he will be tasked with strengthening the ultra-all-inclusive property, enhancing its brand distinctiveness and directing operations, marketing, sales and administrative functions.
