The St. Regis Doha has appointed Raghu Menon as general manager, who will now be responsible for overseeing the 336-room luxury hotel.
As general manager he will work to maintain the incomparable, high-end service that forms part of the legacy of The St. Regis brand.
Menon, a graduate of the International College of Hotel Management in Sydney, assumes his new position with more than two decades of experience. Familiar with Marriott International, he previously held various positions within The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, including the position of general manager at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore and general manager at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre.
Commenting on his new adventure, Menon said: “I am extremely honoured to be appointed general manager of The St. Regis, Doha, an elegant hotel that I admire for its luxurious facilities, fine art and artistic culinary. I am looking forward to working with my team to take the hotel to the next level by delivering on our guest service promises and strengthening our ongoing success in the Middle East and internationally.”
