TIME Hotels has named Bernard Fantoli the new general manager of TIME Grand Plaza Hotel in Dubai.
Fantoli will now take charge of the day to day management of the 232-room property. He will be responsible for the recruitment and development of staff, annual budgets and assuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Adding to this, he will set strategic plans to steer the operational excellence of the hotel and boost team productivity.
Fantoli assumes his new challenge with over 20 years of experience spanning four continents. He has held his fair share of food and beverage positions across Europe, China and the Caribbean, as well as several senior management positions in the UAE and in his native Belgium for leading global brands, including Hilton and Marriott.
Well acquainted with TIME Hotels, he has worked as the corporate director of food and beverage for the TIME Hotels portfolio since 2014.
