Gulf Air has temporarily suspended flights to and from several destinations, from March 18 until March 31, 2020.
Gulf Air flights that will continue to operate to and from Bahrain International Airport include Abu Dhabi (AUH), Dubai (DXB), Muscat (MCT), London (LHR), Paris (CDG), Frankfurt (FRA), Istanbul (IST), Cairo (CAI), Mumbai (BOM), Delhi (DEL), Cochin (COK), Karachi (KHI) and Manila (MNL). All services to other destinations have been suspended.
Those landing at Bahrain International Airport will be subject to medical tests if the Kingdom of Bahrain is their final destination. Passengers are urged to comply with said tests and procedures, which include filling health declaration forms and screening processes.
All affected passengers will be contacted and assisted by the Gulf Air Contact Centre. Those who have booked via a travel agent are advised to get in touch with the agents directly regarding their rebooking and refund options.
The Kingdom of Bahrain is taking all precautionary and preventive measures in order to ensure the safety and security of citizens and residents during the COVID-19 pandemic, along with all Gulf Air passengers and crew.
