Radisson Blu Martinez Hotel

Najib Kalouch has assumed the role of head chef at Radisson Blu Martinez Hotel, Beirut.

Kalouch previously worked for acclaimed brand’s in Lebanon in the F&B department, such as Le Gray, Beirut, where he successfully demonstrated his expertise in culinary art.

With 16 years of experience, he will use his expertise to implement new menus, including more international specialties, at the hotel’s Olivos restaurant. He will also be involved in developing the knowledge and skills of his staff.
