Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort, Al Hamra Residence and Village and the award-winning Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah marked the 100th anniversary of Hilton with very special activities.
The celebrations commenced on May 30 with an exhilarating air show, where guests from Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort and Al Hamra Residence and Village were invited to the pristine beachfront to witness awe-inspiring aerial acrobatics.
The following day (May 31), senior members of the Hilton cluster management team climbed to the UAE’s highest peak, Jebal Jais, waving a flag to commemorate the occasion. The team then took on the challenge and flew through the sky on the world’s longest zipline.
To conclude the activities, Hilton team members and guests were invited to marvel at the Peacock Alley and enjoy a slice of a 100-layer cake, prepared specially for the occasion by Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah’s talented culinary team. In addition, guests were treated to exclusive access to a RAKART Society exhibition, which promotes and supports locally based artists and aims to encourage art among the younger generation.
“We were delighted to invite our guests to join this very special celebration. We look forward to many more years of welcoming our guests with the warmth of our hospitality,” cluster managing director, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort and Al Hamra Residence and Village, Alessandro Redaelli remarked.
