Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans for a new Hyatt House-branded property in Frankfurt, Germany.
Hyatt House Frankfurt/City Goetheplatz will be integrated into FOUR Frankfurt, a large mixed-use development by Groß & Partner in the centre of the city, which will comprise four towers including residential and office facilities, as well as retail spaces and hotels.
Scheduled to open for business in 2020, the hotel will represent the second Hyatt House hotel in Frankfurt, joining Hyatt House Frankfurt/Eschborn.

Hyatt House Frankfurt/City Goetheplatz will house 180 guestrooms, including 86-residentially inspired upscale rooms – both one-bedroom suites and studio king guestrooms – that will feature fully-equipped kitchens, comfortable living rooms and spacious bedrooms, as well as 94 upscale den guestrooms.
Amenities will consist of a 24-hour market, workout room, gathering zones with flexible meeting cubes and a Very Important Resident (VIR) programme, offering complimentary grocery shopping, and other personalised perks for guests with 30 plus consecutive nights.
