TTG: What is your message at ATM and what are you promoting this year?Millennium Atria Business Bay is a very interesting product, well positioned in Dubai’s Business Bay. The apartments are some of the largest in the area, the design is unique and features luxury furnishings, and our apartments provide all international amenities and the latest technology. As such, we have been rated by Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing as a deluxe hotel apartment.
In addition, the property enjoys an ideal location in the heart of Business Bay, with easy access to both international airports and all the key business and leisure areas.
TTG: What is your plan of action for 2019 and how do you predict the rest of the year will go for your business?
Millennium Atria Business Bay is the perfect addition to the Millennium brands in the UAE, and due to the property configuration and flexibility, as well as the excellent location, it will target different markets and segments. To promote the new property as well as the brand, we will be present in various travel exhibitions, such as the Arabian Travel Market and the World Travel Market London, and will participate in GCC roadshows organised by DTCM to gain extra exposure.
TTG: What were last year’s most prominent travel trends and how are you facilitating them?
Business Bay is gradually becoming a very popular place for people to live and work, and our property enjoys the ideal location for business as well as for leisure clients. It is only minutes away from Downtown Dubai, as well as the World Trade Center and other business and entertainment areas.
Besides this, its opening could not have come at a more appropriate time – ready to serve the increased number of tourists ahead of the Expo 2020.
