Enhancing traveller experiences, Jazeera Airways has unveiled state-of-the-art self-check-in kiosks at Kuwait International Airport’s Terminal 5, as well as a number of new services and offerings.
With the help of the self-check-in kiosks, travellers can print their boarding pass and baggage tags in less than 60 seconds. They must simply enter their booking reference, scan their passport and ensure their bags do not contain restricted goods. After this, they must drop their bags off at the dedicated desk and can then proceed to passport control.
The Kuwaiti carrier has introduced free WiFi at its gates in Terminal 5, where travellers can also enjoy brand-new restaurants (Costa Coffee, Slim Chickens and Café Supreme) and shops. Jazeera Airways now also offers a dedicated Help Team in the terminal and a 24-hour Terminal 5 call centre service (176).
Remarking on the updates was CEO, Jazeera Airways, Rohit Ramachandran: “We continue to introduce services that add value to our customers when travelling with Jazeera Airways. These additional amenities and services at our dedicated Jazeera Terminal are raising the level of the passenger experience that customers can benefit from when flying Jazeera Airways at Kuwait International Airport.”
