On November 2, 2020, Kuwait-based Jazeera Airways will be re-launching services to Muscat, Oman’s culture-infused capital city.
The Kuwaiti carrier will now offer direct flights between Kuwait and Muscat once a week, every Monday.
This new route will grant travellers the opportunity to make the most of Muscat’s rich history and heritage, while also enjoying shopping, clifftop landmarks, old forts, museums, flower-filled parks and delicious seafood at beachfront settings.
Remarking on the news was CEO, Jazeera Airways, Rohit Ramachandran: “We are pleased to be flying once again to Muscat and offering additional leisure options to the Kuwait market. Muscat and Oman generally are very popular with Kuwaitis. This is the third new route we have launched during the pandemic, which shows that we are making good progress in building back our operations.’’
Flight J9161 will depart Kuwait at 05:45 local time, arriving in Muscat at 08:35 local time. The return flight, J9162, will depart Muscat at 09:20, arriving in Kuwait at 10:35.
Jazeera Terminal 5 and Jazeera Airways’ flights strictly follow all hygiene regulations. Passengers are encouraged to check and comply with local health regulations in Kuwait and Oman before their journeys.
