As Jazeera Airways approaches its 13th year servicing the Middle East, the carrier has shed light on its brand new corporate identity, made up of a freshly designed corporate logo and website upgrades.

Armed with a new vision, which prioritises customers and the general customer experience, the Kuwaiti airline will continue to provide seamless travel, with new special features, offers and discounts in the pipeline.

The vibrant new logo highlights Jazeera Airways’ spirit of adventure as it moves into the future. The airline’s name is presented in a bold manner, in various shades of blue, and is embellished with regional geometric patterns, referencing the diamond-shape that reflects the carrier’s long-standing legacy as a respected carrier in the Arabian Peninsula. The new logo expertly blends the original brand mark with a contemporary twist.

Commenting on the airline’s journey was CEO, Jazeera Airways, Rohit Ramachandran: “Jazeera Airways has travelled a long way since its inception in 2004 and has become an integral part in the local and regional airline industry. During its remarkable journey, Jazeera Airways has overcome incredible challenges, weathered many economic cycles, and has come out stronger.

“As we solidify our position regionally and venture into more international markets with new routes, we reiterate our commitment to our customers. To this end, we are launching a new website to act as a gateway to providing ease and comfort from the very first click. We are geared with renewed efficiency and vitality to embark on a new journey with our customers as many exciting launches lay ahead of us,” he added.

Jazeera Airways’ new website, with a fresh new look, boasts top e-commerce features that will grant users a personalised online experience, enhanced browsing and online check-in services, live chat assistance and updated fares, smart travel tips and an efficient four-step booking process.

As well as a personal travel timeline that stores user profile history, the website additionally comprises new travel extras such as Jazeera lounge and Park & Fly, and offers updates on exciting travel packages.

Ramachandran declared: “Given Jazeera’s evolution in the past decade, the new launches are a natural transition to rejuvenate the brand as it entered its 13-year mark of successful growth in Kuwait and the region. With the new logo and website comes an enhanced focus on our customers’ base.
