Boosting its team, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai has opened its arms to Mirza Usman, Andreea Popa and Deborah Gray who have joined as assistant directors of sales.
As assistant directors of sales, they will be in charge of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships as well as day-to-day account management.
Usman, joining with over a decade of experience in hospitality sales, will serve as the assistant director of sales – corporate. He will hold responsibility for managing all existing and new corporate accounts. He joins the property from the Accor Group of Hotels.
Leaving The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi to assume her new position, Popa will work as the assistant director of sales – groups and events. She boats over 10 years of international tourism and hospitality experience in delivering large-scale events and group business meetings.
Finally, Gray joins Kempinski as assistant director of sales – leisure. Prior to her new position, she worked for Atana Hotels. She boasts an in-depth understanding of the hospitality sector and has international account management experience. Over the last 15 years Gray has worked for several leading hotel brands in the Middle East.
