Larnaka Tourism Board has announced the launch of its new Larnaka Cultural Walk Virtual 360° project.
This new project, created by ‘The 360 Production by Okkas & Vrachimis’ and supported by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, grants users the opportunity to explore and discover 30 of Larnaka city’s most popular and significant landmarks and places of interest, which are split into three categories: Seafront & Town Centre, Archaeology & Museums, and Culture & Nature.
Users can customise their own virtual tours, allowing them to absorb the beauty and culture the seaside town has to offer. Tours entail vibrant visual material with additional information and facts on the places of interest.
After clicking on their chosen site, end-users can easily navigate the image from all angles to enjoy a complete 360° view with extra aerial views also available for some sights. A VR option for mobile device users further elevates the tour. Adding to this, important information, such as historical facts, opening hours and contact details, is indicated by square markers.
The Larnaka Cultural Walk Virtual 360° project allows those wanting to visit Cyprus, and more notably, Larnaca, the opportunity to connect with the town if they are planning a trip abroad.
Those wishing to experience the tour can do so here.
