Gulf Air recently applied its full branding on London’s renowned cabs, as part of the airline’s awareness campaign with taxi advertising specialist Sherbert Media.
The special advertising campaign ran for one month.
UK country manager, Gulf Air, Rashid AlGaoud elaborated on the initiative: “We wanted to raise awareness of Gulf Air in one of the airline’s key markets, and to do so in a truly standout way. With Sherbet Media we achieved this. We gained great brand awareness from this campaign with positive feedback from a broad spectrum of residents and visitors who saw and used the Gulf Air branded taxis in various locations throughout London.”
Since its inaugural services to London in 1970, Gulf Air has maintained a strong foothold in the UK, currently operating a double daily route to London Heathrow Airport, with both morning and evening flights.
