Commenting was manager, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, Scott Lundahl: “The GCC market is a key market for us at Mazagan. This year at Arabian Travel Market, we sensed the demand of travellers for a calm vacation destination, so we tailored packages for all arrivals from the GCC to Mazagan during the holy Ramadan and Eid periods.

“We at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort are working in sync with the Moroccan government’s 2020 Vision Plan that aims to increase revenues from tourism to $14.4 billion by 2020 by focusing on authenticity to make the Kingdom a more attractive destination for tourists as well as strengthening its cultural identity.

“The more the footfall increases from the GCC year after year, the more tempting our offers become. The last couple of years have seen an overwhelming response from families coming from the GCC, who prefer the Arabian style of Morocco compared to other European destinations,” Lundahl added.

With every mile a GCC tourist crosses to reach at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, the resort rewards its visitors with redeemable points. This is a result of collaboration between the resort and a series of airline operators spanning the region.
