During the Holy Month of Ramadan, Hilton Al Ain will be offering delectable and carefully crafted Iftar and Suhoor menus, designed by Chef Adel Nagaty.
The hotel’s Flavours restaurant has set up a special Ramadan tent in the Makani Garden, where Chef Nagaty’s delicious Arabic cuisine will be served on weekdays and weekends.
Guests can make the most of this dining experience for $33, while children aged six to 11 can dine for $16. For every 10 Iftar meals booked, guests can avail two complementary meals on the same day.
The delicious spread entails unlimited portions of cold and hot Levantine mezzes, continental classics, enriched rice mixes and sweet pastries and fruits from sundown until 20:30.
Those opting for a lavish sit-down experience can delight in a three-course Iftar by the gardens at the Makani Ramadan Tent, where starters, mains and desserts can be enjoyed with signature Ramadan beverages, priced at $27 per person (including water and Ramadan juices).
The Makani Ramadan tent will also host delicious Suhoor from Thursdays to Fridays. Diners can indulge in Arabic specialities, such as tabouleh, fattoush, stuffed vine leaves, hot selections of spinach fatayer and sambousek for starters; main courses of chicken biryani, baked pasta and juicy mixed grills; and baklavas and cakes for dessert. All of this is complemented by various beverages, including tamr, hindi, jellab and fresh juices and priced at $27.
