The four-star Millennium Al Barsha in Dubai has launched Moroccan Kitchen – a brand-new restaurant concept offering authentic and delicious Moroccan cuisine.
Promising its diners a very relaxing ambience, Moroccan Kitchen is well prepared to tantalise the taste-buds of its guests. The menu boasts an impressive selection of Moroccan delicacies, such as lamb couscous with vegetables; chicken couscous with Tefaya; chicken Rafisa; and lamb, chicken and fish tagines. Adding to this, a selection of tasty grills is also available, including lamb kebab, kofta skewers, grilled chicken and lamb cutlets, in addition to delectable desserts such as Shebakiya sweet, Fekkas sweet, corn de gazelle, almond Gribba and others.
