Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA has introduced the second phase of the TooMooH Executive Development Programme, with 12 new participants having joined the initiative.
TooMooH, which was recently introduced in the KSA, Oman, Kuwait and the UAE, works to boost the localisation of jobs and promote regional talent and leadership development in the hospitality industry. The initiative has been successful at attracting regional talents, enabling participants to be a driving force in the region’s economic development.
The first batch of TooMooH Executive Development participants, who joined last September, are well into their development milestones and on their way to career success. A handful of the delegates have already been promoted to managerial positions, while others have been earmarked for future roles.
President, Millennium Hotel & Resorts MEA, Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi declared: “Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA launched this leading initiative to support local talents and provide them with the opportunity to grow and prosper in the hospitality industry. We are confident that empowering these talents with the right tools and training will allow them to play a significant role in the region’s hospitality sector and take it to its next level of success.”
TooMooH, which translates into ‘Ambition’, is a comprehensive, four tier national development programme that works to ensure that graduates, executives and leaders can further their careers. TooMooH aims to integrate GCC Nationals into the private sector and offer increased opportunities in the hospitality industry.
