Digital transformation and technology services company, Mindtree, and flydubai have recently entered into a strategic partnership.
Following this news, Mindtree is set to focus on transforming the Dubai-based airline’s information technology to support passenger sales and service systems, including services such as electronic ticketing and real-time baggage tracking. Adding to this, the agreement will extend to other strategic business areas such as revenue management, target monitoring, ancillary revenue and operational optimisation.
