sbe’s Mondrian Doha in Qatar is set to welcome two internationally acclaimed restaurants to its extensive portfolio of F&B outlets when it opens its doors this month.
Renowned chef, Wolfgang Puck, will open one of the world’s most sought-after steak restaurants, CUT, while Japanese master chef, Masaharu Marimoto, will introduce the Marimoto Doha – the first Marimoto outpost to open in the Middle East.
Executive chef, Mondrian Doha, Simon John Winchester enthused: “We are ecstatic to introduce these two establishments to Doha for the first time. Both CUT and Morimoto fit perfectly into the Mondrian ethos of international allure. These restaurants also perfectly complement our other international and local culinary offerings. We look forward to welcoming guests to CUT and Morimoto soon.”
The menu at CUT will serve up a selection of the finest beef from across the globe, as well as shellfish, seafood, pastas and wooden oven pizzas.
Meanwhile, Marimoto Doha will offer a delectable combination of Japanese and American cuisine, a first for the Middle East.
Marimoto and CUT will be joined by six other exceptional F&B outlets, designed by Marcel Wanders and all offering an epicurean experience set to innovate and elevate Qatar’s dining scene.
