Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas has introduced new, multi-dimensional fitness programmes that are tailored to suit the needs and requirements of each client.
The programme utilises InBody770, a state-of-the-art technology that measures body composition and then prescribes health goals. The results from the screening, together with an analysis of a guest’s lifestyle, enables the in-house wellness team to put together a multi-dimensional fitness programme, which entails spa treatments, workouts, wellness activities and a diet plan.
Lifestyle and wellness manager, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, Reteif Vermeulen declared: “In the past, finding a place for an early morning workout – often a subterranean gym without windows – might have been enough. But now, the growing focus on health and wellness has given birth to a new generation of fitness enthusiasts who have upped the ante with their fitness routines.”
Global experts have pin-pointed Body Composition Analysis (BCA) as the newest assessment of health. Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas‘ team focuses on BCA that assists in the treatment of obesity; the development of complete physical fitness profiles for clients; the monitoring of body fat loss and muscle growth due to exercise and diet; offers recommendations to reduce the signs of ageing; and gives baseline data for nutrition counselling.
The journey to 360-degree wellness is complemented by fitness classes, including Aquatic Exercises and morning stretching sessions ideal for beginners, and the SWITCH gym sessions, HYCore Max Training, and HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) designed for intermediate and expert fitness enthusiasts.
