Eager to provide its customers with excellent customer service around the world, Oman Air recently soft opened its brand-new call centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The new facility, which will be managed by call centre expert, Interglobe Technologies, will offer support in Thai, Malay, Bahasa, Tagalog and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) eight hours a day on a daily basis, and will offer support in English 24-hours a day on a daily basis.
Customers spanning the globe will benefit from the expertise and skills of the call centre’s professional team, which will offer assistance and useful advice.
