Oman Air recently soft opened its new call centre in Bucharest, Romania’s capital City.
The new centre, which compliments the Omani carrier’s call centres in Oman, India and Malaysia, will operate 24-hours a day, seven days a week. It will be managed by call centre expert, Interglobe Technologies, and will provide support in German, French and Italian.
Staffing the new facility is a professional team, which will be on hand to offer Oman Air’s customers assistance and useful advice.
