Qatar Airways was named ‘Best Overall in the Middle East’ at the 2020 Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) Regional Passenger Choice Awards, which took place in Singapore on November 13, 2019.
This good news comes hot on the heels of the Qatari carrier’s success at the APEX Global Passenger Choice Awards in September, during which it scooped the ‘2020 Five Star Global Airline’ title, as well as three awards for ‘Best Seat Comfort’, ‘Best Cabin Service’ and ‘Best Food and Beverage’.
Chief executive, Qatar Airways Group, HE Akbar Al Baker declared: “The greatest voice and testament to our success is that of our loyal passengers, and to consistently receive the prized Passenger Choice Awards, both at a global and regional level, is a huge honour.
