Qatar Airways takes to Twitter to enhance customer service

Qatar Airways’ customer service has launched a brand new dedicated 24/7 Twitter channel.

The new 24/7 bilingual support handle of @QRsupport provides passengers with personalised online support services and compliments the airline’s premium customer service proposition.

Passengers will have the option to raise their inquiries and receive replies 24-hours a day, seven days a week in both English and Arabic, from the airline’s highly responsive and efficient customer service team, as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Chief commercial officer, Qatar Airways, Ehab Amin spoke of the new service: “Social media has transformed the way and speed in which people interact with one another and businesses, so we are delighted that this new Twitter handle demonstrates our ongoing commitment to innovate and to continue raising the bar in anticipating and meeting the needs of our passengers, quickly and smoothly.”
