Radisson Hotel Group recently celebrated the launch of Radisson Collection Hotel, Bamako, which marks the Radisson Collection brand’s debut in Africa.
Situated in the capital and largest city of Mali, Radisson Collection Hotel, Bamako is just 20 minutes from Modibo Keita International Airport and in close proximity to the city’s embassies, corporate headquarters and government precinct. The city of Bamako is a vibrant metropolis home to a number of museums displaying Mali’s rich history and culture, such as the National Museum and the Muso Kunda Museum.
The newly opened hotel boasts 200 elegant and spacious rooms, including 32 suites and three accessible rooms, offering panoramic views over the Niger River and the lush green hillside dotted with mango tree plantations, as well as the pool and city skyline.
Guests can tantalise their tastebuds at four diverse restaurants and bars including City Grill, which offers a multi-cuisine menu of European and West African flavours; G&G Café, a casual-lunch spot; The Oasis Pool Bar, serving refreshments as well as snacks; and Legends Sports Bar, the best viewing venue to relax and watch the latest worldwide sporting events.
Other facilities at Radisson Collection Hotel, Bamako include a pool, a 24-hour fitness centre and 11 state-of-the-art meeting rooms with over 1,100m2 of flexible event space, equipped with the latest AV technology. The Grand Ballroom is the perfect setting for large conferences, memorable gala dinners and weddings for up to 500 people.
