Radisson Hospitality has confirmed plans for the Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem İstanbul in Turkey, which will be home to a total of 140 apartments and will be located within the Avrupa Tem Residential Complex.
This project is expected to inaugurate before the close of 2019, following a partial renovation.
Executive vice president and chief development officer, Radisson Hotel Group, Elie Younes said: “We see a positive growth trend in the hospitality industry in Turkey. Following the first residence project under the Radisson brand, we are delighted to bring another excellent property to Istanbul. We thank our partners once again for their continued trust for a third project with us, bringing our presence to 16 properties in Istanbul.”
The newly built project, which is ideal for short- and long-term stays, will house a mixture of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units; a well-equipped gym and a spa; and an indoor swimming pool.
The Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem İstanbul is in an ideal location, approximately 30 minutes from the new Istanbul Airport. The residence is expected to attract both business travellers and leisure guests looking for stylish, high-quality accommodation in a central location.
