Radisson Hotel Group has formalised an agreement for its first Radisson-branded property in Georgia.
The Radisson Tbilisi City Centre is scheduled to open its doors in the country’s capital city in 2021.
Thrilled with the news, executive vice president and chief development officer, Radisson Hotel Group, Elie Younes declared: “We are excited to bring a Radisson to Georgia which will complement the three existing properties that we have in the country, including the recently opened Radisson Collection. Radisson Tbilisi City Centre will be home to 200 guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar and meeting space equipped with the latest audio-visual technology. The property will be an ideal option for both business and leisure travellers visiting Tbilisi.
In the perfect location for exploring the city, the hotel will be situated in downtown Tbilisi, placing guests in the centre of the historic city.
As well as the upcoming Radisson Tbilisi City Centre, Radisson Hotel Group has three operating hotels in Georgia, including the Radisson Blu Hotel, Batumi; the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tibilisi; and the new Radisson Collection Hotel, Tsinandali Estate Georgia. The country’s inaugural Radisson RED-branded hotel is also scheduled to open for business soon.
