Highlighting its dedication to meeting all of the necessary requirements to operate safely during these unprecedented times, Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai has acquired the Dubai Assured stamp from Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism), as well as Safehotels’ CovidClean certification.
The Dubai Assured stamp confirms that the hotel has adhered to all the health and safety protocols outlined by Dubai Tourism and Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management. It is valid for a total of 15 days and is subject for review and renewal every two weeks.
Meanwhile, following an in-depth, on-site inspection and audit carried by Safehotels, Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai also obtained the CovidClean certification, which is valid for a year. SafeHotels, an organisation based in Sweden, is a leading hotel safety and security certification company.
In order to put guests’ and employees’ minds at ease, Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai has adopted a number of hygiene and safety protocols. These include the wearing of masks and gloves; temperature check upon entry; regular and thorough disinfection of all areas; placement of sanitizers and safety signages; and the implementation of recommended occupancy in the restaurant, swimming pool and other hotel facilities.
