In light of its efforts to make its services as efficient as possible, Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman has signed a partnership agreement with ProntoResolved.
Florida-based ProntoResolved is a user-friendly software, that manages propriety complaints and special requests. Additionally, the software enables hotels to have a paperless operation through electronic streamlining of guests’ service issues and requirements. The software collects and resolves the requests, then generates reports and tracks the proficiency of response from the departments involved.
