TTG: How can a family uncover the very best activities and experiences at any of your MEA properties?
Our knowledgeable concierge desks are equipped with a wealth of local knowledge and contacts to help coordinate any action-packed wish list our guests might have – from desert safaris, skydiving and deep sea fishing to guided cycling tours and water sports.

For the older generations or those looking for a calmer experience our staff can advise on city tours, golf facilities, boat tours, spa treatments and restaurant recommendations as well as all the local cultural experiences.

TTG: Which tourism bodies are you working with to create a memorable and exciting stay for families from the MENA region and beyond?
We have a close relationship with the local tourism boards to introduce and promote the local culture and customs to visiting guests and families.

As well as the endless shopping opportunities, a visit to the local souks can allow families from all over the world to experience the true local shopping culture.

We can organise trips to the many heritage villages in the MEA countries that welcome families and interested tourists, and all of our hotels have a heritage corner with local information and tips.

TTG: What is the best time of the year to visit your MEA properties?
Although most activities are available all year round, the weather conditions are best in spring or winter in the MEA countries.

However, for families who don’t mind the higher temperatures, there are excellent reductions available on flights and accommodation during the low summer season so it’s a great time to snap up a bargain.
