The Rezidor Hotel Group reveals plans for three further UAE-based hotels


The Rezidor Hotel Group has announced that the UAE will soon be welcoming three new properties: Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront and Park Inn by Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island, both scheduled for Q2 of 2017, and Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View, slated for Q1 of 2018.

Enthusing on the good news was president and CEO, Rezidor, Wolfgang Neumann: “The UAE is a key strategic market for us. Dubai, the world’s fourth most visited city in 2015 with 14.2 million overnight visitors has been on an unprecedented growth journey for the last decade. The emirate’s ambition is to hit 20 million visitors by 2020 and position the country as both a world-class business and leisure destination. We want to contribute to the on-going journey and support this fast-growing sector together with our experienced regional partners.”

Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront, to be situated at Dubai Water Canal within Business Bay, will comprise of 432 rooms including designer suites. Facilities will include a number F&B experiences, a pool, a spa and meeting and conferencing facilities spanning 1,000m2.


Standing in the same area, Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View will boast 188 stylish rooms and 16 suites, a meeting and conference area spanning 131m2, a business centre and a 341m2 banquet hall. Guests to the hotel will also enjoy four restaurants, one coffee shop, a selection of shops and a gym.

Moving on to the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the Rezidor Hotel Group’s will be debuting its first the Park Inn by Radisson Resort on the emirate’s Marjan Island. The beach resort, made up of two buildings, will offer 408 rooms including 24 superior rooms, family rooms and suites, numerous F&B options, extensive meeting and event space, and a swimming pool and spa.
