Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has formalised an agreement for its inaugural Radisson-branded hotel in South Africa.
Representing RHG’s 13th hotel to open in South Africa, Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit will be the only international upscale hotel in the Lowveld. It will be in close proximity to the Orpen Gate of the Kruger National Park.
Scheduled to launch in early 2022, the property will house 138 rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and coffee lounge and a pool bar and traditional lapa.
Adding to this, visitors will be able to make the most of an Amani Health Spa, two swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a kids’ club and an equestrian centre. The vast, untouched surrounding savannah will allow guests to enjoy various outdoor activities, including game drives, hot air ballooning and horse rides, as well as abseiling and tubing. This can all be booked at the in-house activity centre.

As for corporate facilities, Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit will comprise an expansive meeting and events area which will include contemporary and versatile venues, from a conference centre to various meeting and board rooms which lead onto a spacious pre-function area and a business centre.
