In 2022, Qatar will be celebrating the launch of Rosewood Doha and Rosewood Residences Doha in Lusail City.
Rosewood Hotel Group has joined forces with Arkaz Investment for this exciting project, which will bring Rosewood’s contemporary, high-end hospitality to the State of Qatar.
The Rosewood Doha and Rosewood Residences Doha project comprises hotel rooms and suites, as well as branded residences. Its organic architectural design approach works to respect the site and its surrounding Arabian Gulf waters, while promoting a harmony between human habitation and the natural world.
Upon its opening, the two-tower property will consist of an ultra-luxury hotel with 185 guestrooms and stunning suites, 173 serviced apartments for longer-term stays and 300 residences available for purchase.
As for facilities, guests will gain access to eight outlets, including a bistro, a lobby lounge, a coffee shop/deli, three specialty restaurants, a cigar lounge and a lifestyle entertainment lounge. Adding to this, the property will feature a 1,500m2 ballroom and private event venues; Sense, a Rosewood Spa; a fitness centre featuring state-of-the-art training equipment and Rosewood’s signature Manor Club executive lounge, which will offer Club Room and Suite guests bespoke services with added convenience and privacy.

As for the hotel’s location, Lusail City spans 38km2 and is made up of four exclusive islands and 19 multi-purpose residential, mixed-use, entertainment and commercial districts. The city will be home to 450,000 residents and welcome over 80,000 visitors annually.
