Rotana recently formalised two new hotel management agreements which will expand both its Middle Eastern and European presence.
The hospitality giant will now manage Cayan Tower in Dubai under its the Residences by Rotana brand. Adding to this, the company will operate Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana in Bosnia and Herzegovina, marking its foray into Southeast Europe.
Located in the Dubai Marina district, the Cayan Tower is home to 490 residences and seven retail outlets spanning 73 floors. Representing the ninth tallest residential high-rise building in the world, the property is an architectural masterpiece, featuring unique twisting shape spirals in a smooth curve. This new addition pushes Rotana’s existing portfolio of properties in Dubai to 14.
Meanwhile, standing in the Bosmal City Centre complex in Sarajevo, Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana will be the second tallest residential tower in the Balkans region when it opens at the end of 2018. The hotel will comprise 130 two- and three-bedroom units, a gym, two indoor pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath and multiple treatment rooms.
