Royal Central Hotel The Palm in Dubai has seen healthy demand from regional and international leisure travellers, with Germany, Russia, the UK, France and the GCC being the top feeder markets.
The hotel’s general manager, Mohamed Hassan expressed his excitement with the response from guests: “We are extremely happy to be a preferred destination for those in search of relaxation and renewal. He further stressed that the current period is a peak for demand, therefore, the property expects to maintain strong occupancies throughout the season.
Moving forward, Royal Central Hotel The Palm’s strategy is to drive business across all verticals.
“The bulk of our bookings currently comes from the leisure segment, however, we are equally keen to grow our corporate sector given the unique event and meeting facilities at the hotel. In addition to our traditional source markets, we are also looking to drive more business from the GCC, India and China as well as main source markets of Dubai,” Hassan added.
Last year’s opening of the five-star Royal Central Hotel The Palm, set on the iconic Palm Jumeirah in the emirate, had caused a flutter, attracting local as well as global visitors looking to escape the day-to-day grind.
