In November 2019, Royal Jordanian achieved a score of 89.2 per cent in on-time performance, making it the second most punctual Middle Eastern airline in OAG’s monthly On-Time Performance report.
According to the report, Royal Jordanian registered a 10.7 per cent improvement on the corresponding month in 2018, and ranked 27th out of 162 global airlines, rising 52 positions above last year.
Enthusing on the achievement was president and CEO, Royal Jordanian, Stefan Pichler: “Royal Jordanian has been scoring high in On-Time Performance in the past months. This time is the highest we achieved so far. Our operations ran smoothly in November and we will continue to work at this level to ensure that our passengers enjoy the best travel experience with minimal delays.
“I would like to thank our operations team for their hard work to maintain and even improve the punctuality of our flights to an extent that puts us on par with global carriers,” Pichler concluded.
