Royal Rose Hotel sets sights on Chinese travel market

Royal Rose has revealed it is targeting the Chinese tourist market by offering a variety of services.

These services include special room rates, spa customised offers, well trained Chinese staff handling the communications with the guest, Asian food buffet, in addition to the payment method and more amenities to meet the guests’ expectations and enable them to experience the authentic Arabian hospitality with a taste of European luxury.

“We have carefully designed various offers to ensure that the Chinese tourists coming to Abu Dhabi will lengthen their stay in the city and find no better place to enjoy the magnificence of the emirate,” said group general manager, City Seasons Hotels, George Demitry.

He added: “The long-term prospects of Chinese tourists are good for the country’s tourism industry and the turnout of Chinese tourists in the UAE is expected to increase with the beginning of cool weather. Royal Rose Hotel is embarking on a campaign to ensure that the Chinese travellers feel more at home in the country’s metropolitan capital.”

According to some reports, the Chinese market is pegged at 75 per cent of the hospitality portfolio with 50 per cent of the Chinese tourists staying at five-star hotels.

“We confidently look to welcome more travellers from China. We boast of five-star international standards in hospitality and F&B concepts that Chinese tourists will definitely enjoy,” Demitry concluded.
