Saudi Arabia’s AMAALA now a standalone company

AMAALA, an exclusive, sustainable giga project by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) that is currently being developed in northwest Saudi Arabia, has been incorporated as a standalone company.

The project is expected to set a benchmark in sustainable development while firmly positioning Saudi Arabia on the global hospitality map. Standing on an untouched stretch of Red Sea coastline, AMAALA will be a buzzing and progressive destination for wellness, the arts, recreation and celebration of the region’s unique cultural heritage.

The game-changing project, spanning an impressive 3,800km2, is situated within the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Natural Reserve and will form the heart of the Riviera of the Middle East.

The development will be home to some of the world’s most respected hotel brands and more than 800 residential villas, apartments and estate homes. Adding to this, it will boast 200 high-end fashion and retail establishments, a contemporary arts museum and a range of galleries, ateliers and artisan workshops, as well as signature dining, marinas and sporting venues.
