South Korea to embrace new AVANI Hotels & Resorts property

AVANI Hotels & Resorts has signed for its second property in South Korea – AVANI Central Busan Hotel – which is scheduled to open in Q1 of 2019.

Standing in the Munhyeon Finance Complex in the centre of Busan, the property is a 30-minute drive from Gimhae International Airport. It houses 289 rooms and forms part of a 37-story twin tower mixed-use complex that includes offices, residences, a retail mall and a large theatre.

Key facilities at AVANI Central Busan Hotel include top-notch dining outlets such as Sky Restaurant & Bar, an all-day dining restaurant, and PANTRY at AVANI; an 800m2 event space; the AVANISPA; and the AVANIFIT gym.

Corporate travellers can enjoy the hotel’s convenient location in Busan’s commercial district next to BIFC, Bank of Korea’s Busan headquarters, and the regional headquarters for several government financial bodies, while leisure guests can make most the city’s popular beach, Haewoondae Beach, found a 15-minute drive away and the Busan Exhibition & Convention Centre, where the Busan International Film Festival is hosted each year.

AVANI Central Busan Hotel joins the AVANI Busan Hotel, which was signed last year and is scheduled to open in 2021.
