St. Regis Abu Dhabi reflects on a successful Q3

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi concluded the third quarter of 2019 on a positive note, with hotel’s general manager, Moustafa Sakr, pinpointing it as the most profitable quarter of the year with regards to revenue, occupancy and profit.

The luxury property achieved extremely high scores in guest satisfaction, as well as in its employees’ career development. All of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi’s hosts are enjoying a professional growth in a healthy and respectful environment that motivates them to provide the most exclusive and personalised service.

Sakr said: “My team and I have hit the set KPIs, so it gives us joy and confidence to begin the fourth and final quarter of the year with a bang. Our guests can expect The St. Regis Abu Dhabi’s festive season to have its signature splendor and grandeur suited for all, families and loved ones.”

Tourism in Germany

He added: “Abu Dhabi is unprecedentedly dynamic, starting with the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture & Tourism’s (DCT) efforts in maximising potency, from the local culinary scene and attracting international celebrity chefs, to organising concert and events, to introducing distinctive entertainment activities. In addition, Etihad Airways is increasing flights to key markets, like Russia, to allow the emirate to be more attractive and easily accessible by more travellers. The capital city has evolved into a robust and wholesome leisure experience, thus its fair and true to say that Abu Dhabi earned itself a position among the top holiday destinations of the world.”

Sakr explained that conferences, exhibitions and official state visits have also been driving more corporate travellers to visit Abu Dhabi, and therefore, the property.

With regards to hotel developments, the luxury hotel has been extremely busy, according to Sakr: “We are constantly fine tuning The St. Regis Abu Dhabi experience. We recently renovated our swimming pool at Nation Riviera Beach Club, highlighting it as one of our little gems to enjoy. The renovated pool enjoys a new design featuring porcelain tiles in a mix of colours, creating an illusion of a river and offering the ultimate relaxation.

“The St. Regis logo stands out proudly to connect and reinforce the importance of our brand promise through our services,” he concluded.
