Starwood and TripAdvisor deepen relations

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and TripAdvisor recently formed a strategic partnership to make the hotel company’s global portfolio accessible on the booking platform.

Following this news, customers are now able to instantly and seamlessly book a room at participating Starwood properties through TripAdvisor’s booking platform. The alliance partnership enables Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide to promote its lifestyle brands to a unique customer base, starting in H1 of this year.

Enthusing on the news was senior vice president of global digital, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Julie Atkinson: “We are excited about an enhanced relationship with TripAdvisor as it allows us to deepen our touch-points with TripAdvisor’s global community of travellers while maintaining a consistent connection with guests before, during, and after their stay at a Starwood hotel.
