Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide recently inked an agreement with La Vender Real Estate for the fourth Element hotel in Dubai, which is slated to inaugurate in 2019.
Set to be the perfect option for the tech-savvy and environmentally conscious traveller, Element Dubai Al Sufouh will offer both business and leisure guests 330 light-filled studios and one-bedroom suites, each of which will comprise of modular furniture, fully-equipped kitchens, the signature bed and spa-inspired bathrooms.
Facilities will include a variety of F&B options, a state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness centre, two swimming pools and a spa. The hotel will offer fast and free WiFi, meeting space with modular furnishings, a flexible layout, state-of-the-art technology and a fully equipped business centre.

Element Al Sufouh will stand in the Al Sufouh area, in close proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road and the Mall of the Emirates.
