Jordan has welcomed The St. Regis Amman to its high-end hospitality portfolio, marking the official launch of The St. Regis brand in the country.
Standing in a prime location in the affluent district of Abdoun, the luxury hotel is home to 260 guestrooms, suites and apartments. Visitors can look forward to luxury experiences and personalised services, including the brand’s signature St. Regis Butler Service. The hotel is also complemented by The Residences at The St. Regis Amman, which inagurated last year.
Executive director, Eagle Hills Jordan, Abdallah Al Fraihat enthused on the launch: “Eagle Hills Jordan is pleased to strengthen its relationship with Marriott International and to introduce yet another globally renowned brand to Jordan.
“As the leading developer in the Kingdom, we are proud to introduce higher standards of hospitality and launch Amman’s newest luxury landmark, The St. Regis Amman, which is the third collaboration between Marriott International and Eagle Hills Jordan, following the debut of W Amman and Al Manara, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Saraya Aqaba last year,” Al Fraihat added.
Also commented on the opening was general manager, The St. Regis Amman, Erden Kendigelen: “We are delighted to bring the renowned St. Regis brand experience to Jordan and offer guests an unparalleled experience both befitting the destination and true to the legacy of the brand.”
As for facilities, Jordan’s newest luxury plater is home to four F&B venues, including Mercado Andaluz, the city’s very first Spanish restaurant which serves Andalusian cuisine inspired by Southern Spain; Tamara (opening in July), serving Levantine cuisine; the iconic St. Regis Bar, inspired by the King Cole Bar at the brand’s flagship in New York; and the Tea Lounge where guests are invited to enjoy the brand’s signature Afternoon Tea ritual.
The St. Regis Amman boasts of 2,980m2 of elegant meeting space, including the city’s largest pillarless ballroom, The Astor Ballroom, which is supported with 10 meeting rooms.
