Bolstering is relationship with Vietnam’s Novaland Group, AVANI Hotels & Resorts has shed light on plans for three new hotels in Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City and Cam Ranh.
These new properties will complement the group’s currently operating hotels, which include Avani Quy Nhon Resort and Avani Hai Phong Harbour View.
Situated in the port city of Vung Tau, AVANI Vung Tau Resort is scheduled to inaugurate at the end of the year. The new hotel will feature 149 oceanfront and hillside rooms, as well as signature oceanfront dining experiences.
The second property, AVANI Saigon, is anticipated to launch at the end of 2021. Located in the historic District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, the property will be a 30-minute drive from the Tan Son Nhat International Airport. It will form part of a 38-floor mixed-use complex and will house 217 keys, an all-day dining restaurant and an AvaniSPA.
The third and final property to be announced is the AVANI Cam Ranh Resort & Villas, which will open at the end of 2022. The resort will feature 300 well-appointed rooms and suites, as well as 315 private villas, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty bistro and a beach club. Other facilities include 1,200m2 of meeting and banqueting space.
