Ready to do business and shed light on its upcoming developments, TIME Hotels will be marking its return to the World Travel Market London this year.
Attending the exhibition will be the company’s executive management team which will form part of the Dubai pavilion (stand ME200).
Throughout the show, the delegates will meet with industry partners and potential clients, while simultaneously reporting on the significant growth witnessed in room nights from TIME Hotels’ top-producing source markets in Europe.
CEO, TIME Hotels, Mohamed Awadalla commented: “Western Europe is one of our top 10 growth markets with a year-on-year increase of 49 per cent. Indeed, we have seen a substantial jump in guest nights for our flagship TIME Oak Hotel & Suites and the TIME Grand Plaza, which is being led by Germany – our top producing European market, which registered tremendous year-on-year growth of 183 per cent for the first nine months of this year.”
Awadalla continued: “These solid sales figures are a result of the hard work and tireless support from our longstanding trade partners and overseas tour operators, as well as strategic marketing campaigns driving in FIT business as well as tour series groups.”
TIME Hotels currently has a portfolio of 11 properties spanning the UAE, with four further properties in the pipeline.
“In the last 18 months we have almost doubled our portfolio, including our debut in Abu Dhabi,” said Awadalla, who added: “Following on from the unveiling of our second under-development property in Qatar at this year’s Arabian Travel Market we will use our presence at the World Travel Market to reaffirm our position as one of the region’s most exciting and dynamic hospitality brands.”
Throughout the trade show, TIME Hotels will be shedding light on the upcoming TIME Royal Hotel & Spa, Dubai, the company’s very first five-star UAE-based property scheduled to open in Q4 of 2016. The 277-key hotel is located in Dubai Healthcare City adjacent to the Wafi shopping and leisure complex.
The brand new property will have a strong medical tourism focus with facilities specifically designed for wellness tourists.
Adding to this, throughout WTM the company will also be promoting the latest brand to be added to its portfolio, TIME Express, a quality three-star budget brand.
Commenting on this, Awadalla said: “There is growing demand for new budget brands from respected operators with a quality pedigree that travellers can trust to deliver comfort, connectivity and value. So naturally we are very excited about the debut of our TIME Express brand.”
The very first property to come under this brand, TIME Express Hotel Al Jaddaf, will launch in Dubai in Q1 of 2017.
Next year, TIME Hotels will be inaugurating the four-star TIME Royal Doha Hotel in Q4 and TIME’s other four-star rated Doha property, Time Rako Hotel, in Q3.
