UK-based Travelbook Group, a well-established revenue driven hotel technology provider, has announced its acquisition of GuestFlip PC assets.
GuestFlip is an online reputation management platform that helps hotels monitor their reviews from multiple channels, including Booking.com, Expedia, Google, TripAdvisor and many more. Travelbook Group has acquired GuestFlip’s platform and is incorporating it in its group of companies as Guestflip Ltd, based in Cyprus.

Meanwhile, ClickHint – a new product developed by GuestFlip – will offer smart response suggestions to hotel reviews that can be used across multiple platforms.
