W Amman recently hosted a three-day media trip for acclaimed international media and influencers, in collaboration with Jordan Tourism Board.
The group included high profile chief editors from Harpers’ Bazaar, Grazia and Fact, in addition to online and printed major newspapers from Turkey, Hurriyet and Sabah, amongst others.
The group had the opportunity to explore the country like never before, from hiking trips in Petra to travelling in time to discover the magic of Nabatean rose city and adventurous glamping and stargazing in Wadi Rum desert.
At the W Amman, guests experienced fun and playful hotel programming with different surprise elements, such as a ‘party suite’ and a DJ spin off. To top it off, guests were invited to an unforgettable night of dancing, dining and singing with a glam dinner including dishes from the amazing menu of Enso, the Pan-Asian restaurant at W Amman.
The media group also explored the old city of Amman and the buzzing downtown, spice shops, Old Souk, Citadel and Roman Theatre, to gain insight into Jordan’s hospitable culture and a taste of its authentic cuisine through this three-day trip.
General manager, W Amman, Esra Parin stated: “Jordan enjoys a very distinctive and strategic location at the center of the Middle East, which makes it only short flights away from Europe and The Middle East. It is a jewel for those who would like to walk the unbeaten path to discover Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Jerash and Amman, among many other historical and cultural sites. Partnering with Jordan Tourism Board is an exciting way to introduce Jordan to millions of readers and followers. I believe once you visit Jordan, you just cannot get enough of its charm.”
