Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah has launched a personalised service for children to fulfill their stay with fun and excitement.
Aimed at keeping children engaged from the moment the family is checked in until the checkout time, ‘Kids Concierge’ will provide children with a customised itinerary featuring fun-filled activities tailored to different age groups. Little guests will be offered to make a selection based on their interests and design their own entertainment programme.
Based on weather conditions, children can join the energy-boosting outdoor activities, such as Footgolf, Football, Obstacle Races and Archery, or stay indoors and take part in the Pizza Making Masterclass, strengthen acting skills at the Pearl’s Talent Show or improve their creative expression during the Coloring and Crafting classes. All activities will be limited to a certain capacity, allowing social distancing at all times. All tools and equipment will also be sanitised frequently for children’s safety.
Junior guests will also receive a dedicated ‘kids passport’ upon arrival, containing games and puzzles and featuring a section for stamps that children can collect by visiting different check points within the resort. Inside the guest rooms, children will be welcomed with special in-room amenities that will turn the hotel room into a fun and friendly environment and create a lasting memory.
Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah has received the Bureau Veritas ‘Safeguard Label’, in cooperation with the RAK Tourism Development Authority, and is part of Hilton CleanStay, Hilton’s industry-leading programme of cleanliness and disinfection in Hilton properties across the world.
Hilton CleanStay allows guests to enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay, providing peace-of-mind from check-in to check-out. New standards include a Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that a room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, increased frequency of cleaning all public areas and flexible housekeeping options.
