The recently-opened Westin Doha Hotel and Spa is currently establishing its position among Doha’s luxury properties, according to its general manager, Gianrico Esposito.
General manager of The Westin Doha relayed: “We need to create awareness to promote ourselves. Now is the time to tell the market that we’re open.”
According to Esposito, the property will mainly be focusing on wellness, weddings and also growing its corporate segment.
Sharing with TTG what makes the property so unique within Doha’s luxury landscape, Esposito said: “This is a brand about wellness and that’s what differentiates us – we really need to get across the message that the hotel is about wellness. We have two big differences [to other Doha luxury hotels]: we want our guests feeling better than when they arrive, and we have our services focused on that. And we have superfoods present in the menus of all of our F&B outlets.”
For guests that our truly dedicated to their fitness regimen, they can borrow the necessary equipment at the hotel.
Also looking to the lucrative and ever-growing weddings segment, Esposito confirmed that this is a key segment for The Westin Doha Hotel and Spa. “This is very important and we are also participating in exhibitions.”
